has easy return & Exchange Policy for its customer.Following Term & Condition will apply on Return or Exchange of Product.
RETURN CONDITIONS
- Item Can be Return if customer is not satisfied with product quality.
- Only un-used items will be returned; if any customer uses the product and return it after wearing the product it will not fall in our return Policy.
- Refund processing time is 3 days after we receive the product.
- If we found any discrepancy in product ‘s weight, Design, Shape or any changing of any type in weight, design, shape, polishing etc customer has to bear its costs.
EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
- Item Can be Exchange if customer wants to change the design, color, polishing, beads, stones, etc changing.
- Customer will bear the inward+outward shipping cost in case of Exchange
- Exchange is possible within 3 days of 1st Purchase without any deductions
- If 3 days Exchange Criteria passes & customer wants to exchange the item than exchanged product’s value will be evaluated on current gold price & the product will be priced on current gold rate.
